We found the lodge to be cosy, warmand tidy, perfect for relaxing. Plenty of scenic walks nearby made it a great spot for outdoorsy types. That said, it's not as private as the website suggests since there's another property nearby with a drive right next to us. We had a delivery and a water engineer pop by during our visit, which was a bit unexpected.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The peaceful vibe, with the babbling brook and birds singing, was so relaxing.
