We found the lodge to be cosy, warmand tidy, perfect for relaxing. Plenty of scenic walks nearby made it a great spot for outdoorsy types. That said, itâ€™s not as private as the website suggests since thereâ€™s another property nearby with a drive right next to us. We had a delivery and a water engineer pop by during our visit, which was a bit unexpected.
