Set within 5 acres of private grounds, complete with streams, a packhorse bridge and a pond. The surrounding countryside offers fantastic views and plenty of wildlife - guests regularly spot deer, rabbits and squirrels right from the windows. Perfect for nature lovers who still want their creature comforts. The nearby reservoirs provide excellent walking opportunities, while local towns like Otley (4 miles) and Ilkley (10 miles) are just a short drive away.

The accommodation includes two ground-floor bedrooms (one king-size, one twin) and a stunning upstairs master with super-king bed and private south-facing deck. There are two bathrooms - one featuring a freestanding bath and walk-in monsoon shower. The open-plan living area includes a wood burner and fully-equipped kitchen with all modern appliances.
