Exceptional experience. ..surroundings, accomodation, the wonderful Katy and comfort. We really could have stayed much much longer. Superb accomodation but Katy was just so welcoming and kind. Plenty of super places to visit. Cannon Hall Country Park took.our breath away....free too. Hawarth, Holmfirth satisfied the 'soap' yen. The countryside is stunning. Thank you Katy....perfect break.

It has everything you need and their hospitality was fantastic. Honley was a beautiful village, good food at pubs with friendly staff. I would highly recommend this property.

A very nicely presented property in a great, peaceful location. Easy access to local walks for the village, amenities & countryside right from the doorstep and only a short drive to the routes to explore further. A very friendly welcome and owners available if needed. The hot tub adds that bit of extra luxury relaxation. A great base for enjoying some of the areas cycling terrain.

My 2 cousins and I spent 3 nights at this beautiful accomodation. It was clean, comfortable with bright, open space. The barn feels secluded even though the owners were in the property next door. It was quiet with stunning views over the fields yet only a short drive into the lovely vllage of Honley. Katy, the owner, was there to greet us and had left us all the essentials as well as being kind enough to leave us some delicious home baking! There are a number of lovely spots to eat in Honley and we chose Savaro, The Lebanese Restuarant which gets 5 from us! All in I woud highly recommend Morgans Barn for a get away from it all. 5 Stars plus!

Totally wonderful place to stay for a few days with our adult daughters so much laughter. The large open plan upstairs kitchensitting room made it so very social amazing views and a warming log fire just added to the delight. Great to have three bedrooms that could all be made up as very comfortable doubles and lovely warm bathrooms. Katy made us all very welcome her shortbread is legendary.

The accommodation was just perfect for us with the enjoyment of a hot tub too. Lovely cottage in a beautiful area. Comfy beds and well appointed although the hob was very difficult to use and a bigger decent frying pan would have been useful particularly for 5 of us, there was only one small frying pan. The upside down accommodation was good although the only exit to the yard for the dogs was through the bedroom. We had a lovely relaxing weekend with some lovely walks from the cottage. The owner left the most delicious home made shortbread and a bottle of fizz which was much appreciated. We stayed Friday to Monday and intended to use the hot tub on Monday morning before breakfast but it had already been emptied and was being cleaned by 8am, we were a bit disappointed by this as check out was 10am and the next guests wouldnt be checking in until 5pm so plenty of time to do this after we left. We did feel a bit rushed to leave because of this.

The underfloor heating in the bedrooms is lovely and the bathrooms are gorgeous. The spot is so close to Honley but far enough away for a quiet night.
