Prospect House is in a lovely, peaceful spot but still close to Halifax, which we liked. The big enclosed garden was perfect for our dog to run around. Communication with the owner was smooth; when we mentioned the lack of internet, Claire quickly arranged for someone to fix it the next day. The house was spotless, though we did notice a couple of oven trays were put back dirty. There's a pub just five minutes away with nice food, which was handy. Overall, a great stay!

We had such a lovely week here with the grandkids! The garden was perfect for relaxing and the house itself was super spacious, with everything we could possibly need. We did call Claire a couple of times about minor things, but she was always quick to answer, friendlyand never made us feel like a bother. Honestly, if you can't unwind at Prospect House, you're probably expecting too much or stressing too much! Big thanks to Sam & Claire for making it so special. We'll definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay here! The place offers plenty of space both inside and out, which was perfect for us. The rooms were super comfyand the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the cinema room with the big screenand the kids had a blast on the field and with the playstation during the rain. The owners, Claire and Sam, were really friendly and quick to help whenever we needed. We could easily have stayed much longer!

We had a fantastic stay at the cottage! The renovations are top-notchand having a dedicated movie room kept the kids happy. The hot tub heats up super fast, which was great after a day out. The little touches like shampoo and shower gel in every bathroom made us feel spoiled. Beautiful location tooand the pub next door serves lovely food. Would definitely come back!
